Contract

This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Videographer and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please put a check mark by each term:

Reservations:

Upon your signature, the videographer will begin producing the agreed motion graphics in order to deliver it on the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable, for any reason. The Reservation Deposit must be paid at time of signing the contract. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the contracted Motion Graphics Package.

Client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the Motion Graphics Package described in the contract is due on the day agreed upon under "Completion Date". Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, the videographer will not provide the video for the Client, with a loss of Reservation Deposit by Client and no liability to the Videographer.

Copyright:

All the works, styles, ideas, products, and output developed in whole or in part by the Videographer in relation to the Services shall be owned by the Client, However, the copyright ownership shall be with the Videographer until final payment is made where such copyright ownership will partially be transferred to Client with the following rights:

1-Client hereby grants the Videographer and its heirs, assigns, and legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish videos of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose. 2-Client may copyright the video. 3-Videographer may use excerpts of the video created for portfolio and advertising purposes of their services unless an agreement is made separately.

Performance of Services:

Videographer shall provide 1 final high quality video for the Client, which shall be delivered on the agreed upon date. The Videographer shall capture the vision of the Client to the best of their abilities. The final product shall be delivered in digital format via google docs as agreed above.

Completion Schedule:

The Client agrees that no part of the Motion Graphics Package, including previews (if any) will be delivered until the Outstanding Balance is paid in full. Digital copies will be given to the Client after, in the form of Google docs, assuming the Outstanding Balance has been paid in full, on the date agreed upon by both parties.

Payment:

The Client agrees that the Reservation Deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the Outstanding Balance ("Day Of" payment) is due on, or before, the date agreed upon. All payments must be made to benncphotography@gmail.com.
